Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

1. Introduction

2. Acceptance of T&C

6.2. The Seller shall not be held responsible for technical issues beyond their control that may prevent the download of Products.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer acknowledges that downloadable digital Products are not subject to the right of withdrawal once downloaded.

8. Warranty

The Seller warrants that the Products conform to the specifications described on the Site. In case of defects or non-conformity, the Seller agrees to offer a replacement or a refund, at their sole discretion.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Products.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the applicable law of Cyprus. In case of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Cyprus.
